ian erickson is a m.arch i candidate at the harvard graduate school of design and the founding editor of disc., a media and technology publication printed by a83 in nyc. he is currently an editorial assistant of architecture as measure, the pavilion of turkey at the 2021 venice biennale of architecture curated by neyran turan, and a producer of gsd radio. he has previously worked with david jaehning architect, nemestudio, the open workshopmodem, and the berkeley center for new media. his writing has been published in outlets such as plat, pool, paprika, rumorand vestoj and his research has been presented at conferences organized by the ucla urban humanities initiative and the acsa. he holds a b.a. and a certificate in new media from uc berkeley where he was awarded the departmental citation in architecture.
